  : The location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from the quay, shops and pubs. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom and shower were spacious and well designed. There is enough furniture for everyone to sit on sofas or at the table at the same time. Although it is a residential and holiday let area we had no problems parking on the street close by during our stay, this may not always be the case.
  : Leaving :-) I should have read the other reviews as I was caught out by no towels, unlike my wife and friend :-) In the flurry of emails and repeated text from bookings.com I missed the bit about calling the keyholder 48 hours in advance but the lady on the phone was very pleasant and understanding and it wasn't an issue.

  : Great location, parked on the street easily and it was very clean. Short walk into Whitby town centre. Lovely bathroom and kitchen.
  : Didnt include towels which I would have expected for the price. No WiFi but this didnt bother us as mobile phone signal was sufficient but I suspect some may find this an issue. A welcome pack would have been nice.

  : A very small thing - but a few light bulbs were not working and the hall carpet was very badly stained. However it Wouldnt prevent us staying again.

  : Great location, fabulous facilities and so close to Whitby town center! Was perfect apartment for our first ever family holiday with out 10 month old. Plenty space and things to see and do!
  : No wifi could have been more of an issue but not to us.

  : Great location, pictures do not do it justice absolute lovely place, spacious and comfortable with an amazing bathroom!
  : Unable to switch off bathroom lights & hallway lights on a motion sensor so easily disturbed at night. Unable to open window in the 2nd bedroom which made for a very hot 2 nights.
