  : The areas in the reception is very spacious
  : The apearance within the area leading to the rooms ie. the passages is not what I expected the colour of the carpets looked worn out and the walls looked very dull and run down be painted with a warm colour to give the atmosphere some vibrancy.The toilet in the room had a low flushing power I had to manually pour water with the waste bin in order for it to properly send the waste down

  : The pool and the pool table also the breakfast staff
  : Turned up to the hotel and the two bins either side of the entrance were spilling over with rubbish on the floor mainly beer cans and alcohol bottles. The extremely small and dirty changing room for the pool. No cot was provided as requested. The carpet in the rooms was so disgusting I couldnt take my socks off I also went to toilet in the middle of the night and it was blocked there was clearly a draining issue. The staff member who checked us in was unfriendly and had little to no knowledge about the hotel intact it was the worse check in Iv ever experienced. The food in the restaurant was expensive and just did not match the hotel as the hotel was definitely not good quality. We were not made aware prior to our booking that the hotel will be closing at 12 the following day and had planned our stay which we then had to change at last minute costing us more and ultimately having a financial impact. My husband and older children had booked an activity near by for 12:45, I had planned to book in for lunch with my daughter at the hotel, maybe even have another swim but we all had to be out of the hotel and I had to get a taxi home so it ruined our entire weekend and cost me more money and the staff/man who checked us in was not bothered or apologetic. I am yet to write a review

  : good location and great breakfast buffet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
  : shame the pool was closed as that was one of the main reason we booked this hotel. Rooms are a little dated and in need of a refurb. shower water leaks all over the floor so this needs to be fixed.

  : Nothing, really disappointed, first time and last for Novotel.
  : The staff was not very pleasant. Hotel looks like a old, outdated and dirty place. Will not pick a sweet dropped on the carpet. Food worst than anything I can think of. Parking cost for guest 12 is ridiculous. Always assume Novotel was synonymous of high standard, which it was a complete misconception from my side. Massive disappointment!!! Never again!!
