  : The main building was a beautiful old building full of character. The rooms are in a separate building.
  : Our room was ground floor, there was no workings extractor fan in the bathroom so it felt and smelled a bit damp.

  : Was clean and tidy and didnt hear any people or road noise. Was good value breakfast was pricy for what we had egg on toast and full English and two cups of fruit tea 25. Also plenty of parking would definitely go again.
  : Smoking in the corridor outside rooms, I am a chronic asthma sufferer so did not appreciate that. Also in a twin room one bed was very comfortable and mine very hard but bed linen nice. Was quite achy in the mornings from hard bed.

  : The room was beautiful, the bath was shorter than usual which is something great for a tiny person, the grounds were beautiful, we accidentally left a box behind snd couldn't return to get it so the hotel kindly agreed to post it to us which we could not be more grateful for.
  : I couldn't tell how the room was heated and it didn't really feel like I was controlling anything despite there being a thermostat, maybe a sign to explain? The toilet was also really hard to flush, the bed was also really hard which I know is common in hotels but this one seemed exceptional. My husband slept just fine though

  : Stayed for one night with my husband, but also met family at the restaurant for a meal. The food was lush, but my family were a little disappointed at the costs for their meals (they've not been there before). Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was good, an ample amount for the full English with options like toast, cereal and fruit. Staff very friendly.
  : The bed base in our room (no.9) was awfully creaky. However, the bed and bedding itself was comfortable. We would stay again if the opportunity arose.

  : Friendly atmosphere. Good parking. Quiet area. Breakfast nice variety. Rooms are away from the pub. Well thought through.
  : Nothing really to dislike. Will book there again in the future.

  : The food was nicely prepared, but portions and price were less than desirable, the burger was 18.00!But didn't include cheese or bacon, it was 75mm across!! It became a 20.00 burger!!The room had an emergency light in the bedroom above the door, great, but it lit the bedroom up after you had gone to bed, plus the noise from the other guests kept waking me up with talking nd shouting in he corridor, worst nights sleep ever!
