  : House was excellent large and very spacious. Well heated with what looked like new furnishings and welcome food pack of local Cornish food products on arrival. Well located for travel to North and South Cornwall.
  : Site and hotel on site looking a little tied. Food at the hotel also not up to the standard expected for the price paid Both these could however be related to the coved situation, Access to the site from which every direction it is approached requires negotiating fairly long stretches of single track road which some drivers may find problematic when encountering oncoming traffic.

  : nice big house in a great setting. hotel food was good nice pool and gym and staff very helpful
  : its a nightmare to get to with very narrow lanes literally just wide enough for one car and the locals always assume your reversing miles to find a pull in.

  : There were two lovely welcome packs on arrival containing very useful things and all you would need to have a drink and snack after a long journey. Also, there was a washing pod next to the washing machine in case you wanted to use it, which I thought was a considerate thing to do. Good showers upstairs, lovely secluded garden. Well equipped, everything you would need and more especially in the kitchen. Comfortable garden furniture. Two rooms had comfortable beds.
  : A barbeque would have been nice and a hot tub. The house was very warm. There were good instructions on what to do so, we turned down the thermostat and turned off the central heating and hot water but the pipes running under the upstairs floor were still very hot. The downstairs bed was hard but the upstairs beds were very comfortable. I appreciate it is difficult to keep garden furniture clean but maybe to clean the outside ledges and wiped the outside table each week would be a good idea.

  : Nice, clean, comfortable and spacious. Bedrooms with ensuite facilities. Cottage in a nice setting/surroundings. Provided with useful and nice 'welcome packs'. Small maintenance issue sorted out immediately.
