  : It was clean and spacious and in a good area parking close by is a nightmare though
  : We arrived at 1.50 check in was at 2pm we followed the check in instructions waited over half an hour for the keys and I couldn't get through to anyone I had kids in the car who were tired after a long drive and we sat there trying and trying to get hold of someone for the keys it was awful

  : Contacted building manager on arrival… refused to answer phone…Hours later finally managed to get hold of him by email. Just driven for 10 hours with 2 kids in car, could not get tv to work because there was no usb cable for the provided fire stick - told me to buy cable and would re-I’m ruse (now 8pm on Sunday night) also still waiting for money!!Contacted again as smart locks would not lock door. Could not help. Contacted emergency help… couldn’t help (wanted us to leave door unlocked, assured us no one as in other apartments till Tuesday… fair enough. No one ever came out to fix smart lock - however they gave us key code for master keys lock box… so now I had access to all apartments (but I could lock my door).Shower room light not working, no window so shower room usage…Bath overflow pip loose, causing water (if having a bath) to pour into bathroom - therefore shallow bath… Got usb cable - now to find none of the apps on fire stick work… not interested in speaking with us.Wi-Fi ports not open so sky go did not work on iPad/phone. Tv did not have ability to watch freebies (no antenna installed).Bed support broken - meaning you fell into middle of bed… was able to take matters and sleep on floor.Building manager a complete fraud, not sound work he is clearly paid to do… Never bothered to contact us back… These are tiny nightly bits - 10 minute fixes for a decent building manager. Apartment itself was fantastic - but let down by facilities.

  : Nice uncluttered apartment. Location great to shops, transport centre, supermarket. Half hour bus to Heathrow. Big apartment with some interesting roof angles. Kids liked Alexa and Netflix.
  : Toilet seat broken and kitchen tap was undone. Virtual key system tricky with my limited phone. House numbering confusing outside it says 11A and the flats inside are numbered which was different to the physical address we recieved.
