  : There was a kitchen to make own food and also a games room which was good for the kids.They have a cafe on site as well and I imagine the local area would be nice for walks etc, we just didnt really venture round.
  : The room was very basic, I expected at least a kettle - probably my own fault for not reading into it enough.Was very warm and stuffy, the door was half off its hinges so I had to lift it in order to close the door, didn't report as we went straight back into Telford for food and we arrived after the 10pm door lock. We then left before breakfast even started.My daughter left her necklace, she remembers exactly where she left it as she put it there specifically so her baby sister couldn't reach it, but when I called YHA to report it missing they said nothing was in the room at all.Lastly and probably the main issue for us, there was no phone signal and wifi was very poor, having 2 children with me, age 10 & 12 this was frustrating for them, hence why we left almost immediately back to Telford to get food rather than eating at the cafe.All in all, I probably would stay again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

  : I had to stand in the hallway for 4 hours, from midnight to 4:30, because the key card stopped working and I could not get into my room. I had to spend the whole time in the corridor, feeling very bad, I was very tired and I didn’t even have water to drink. I called and talked to the support service for 2 hours, but they could not help me, since none of the hostel phone numbers answered. They ruined my holidays and my health. Today I feel very bad, and therefore I have to interrupt my trip. In the morning they said that they knew about this problem and that this had happened earlier and simply apologized.
