  : Location was good for what we needed..Fish and Chip bar was nice..staff were friendly. Room was a lovely size and the bonus of 2 bathrooms was great.
  : Cleanliness in the room wasn't the greatest but we have stayed in much worse! Just silly things like scuff marks on the sofa etc.

  : Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean, and bed is very comfortable, room not too bad for the price.
  : Traffic noise in the room that we were inn as we were in room which is closer to the road. For the price we paid for we can't really complain. Can't get any cheaper than that with free breakfast and very friendly owner and staffs.

  : Family Room was really spacious, comfortable, very clean, and great value. Lovely, welcoming owner, Ian, and plenty of choice with continental breakfast. Good parking and easy access to great walks, short drive to Hay. We will stay again!
  : Pub menu was a little limited for vegans.

  : The staff was great. The food was good. There is no full Welsh breakfast, only continental. When we booked on the website, it didn't say that, or it might be that we overlooked this. However, we only stayed one night and we got to meet and chat with the owner. Bed was really comfortable and room very large, had 2 toilets and 2 walking showers. Walking distance to a Co-op shop and the local Castle.
  : Bathrooms need some hooks to hang the wet towels, it had a radiator but a small one and won't hold 2 bathroom towels, so if you stay more than 1 night and endig up leaving the towels on the floor thats a bit of a waste as a new ones will have to be requested. The location description was misleading as the B&B is by the main road, not away from traffic.The room was large but at the basement level under b&b bar, so there is no view of any kind. However, we only stayed 1 night, so overall, 8 out of 10 due to a bit noisy central hitting and the bar.
