  : We recently stayed at this hotel near Sutton city and overall, it was a pleasant experience.- Great Location: The hotel's proximity to Sutton city is a major advantage, making it convenient for exploring the area.- Spacious Room: The room was quite spacious, offering plenty of room to move around.- Good Shower: The bathroom provided a good hot shower, which was refreshing and enjoyable.- Efficient Staff: The staff were quick and efficient, ensuring a fast check-in process.
  : Overall, the stay was comfortable with some minor areas for improvement. The location and spacious room are definite highlights, while better maintenance and cleanliness would enhance the experience further.- Outdated Bathroom: The bathroom could use some updates as it felt a bit outdated.- Maintenance Issues: We encountered a couple of maintenance issues, such as the toilet paper handle coming off and some dust under the bed. We even found a baby shoe under the bed, indicating that cleaning could be improved.- Noise: There was a bit of noise, but it wasn't a major problem for us.

  : The room was tired, the chair at the vanity mirror had seen better days, old and torn leather. Shower leaked even though shower curtain was fully inside bath. Hotel is due a refurbishment.
  : Rooms are tired in need of an upgrade as are the bathrooms.
