  : Unless you read the small print you wouldn't know that when you get there you have to pay an extra 100 PER ROOM deposit which then takes a week to be refunded. We had 3 adults 1 child and they gave us two double beds so child had to share with an adult (just something to be aware of incase it's not a parent going with the child ). We were also on different floors even though i booked them both together. No hot water in the shower in one room so had to get a freezing shower. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower was dirty Bedside lights in one room were falling off the wall and the lights weren't even working on the other side of the bed at all. The other room half the plugs weren't working.

  : the staff were friendly and helpfull therewith owners are doing a lot of refurbishment and doing a good job the breakfasts was lovely
  : when I booked it said the hotel had a restaurant but when we got there it was closed being refurbished and we had to pay 100 dep to be repaid the week after the room had been checked after we left

  : Location and really friendly girl on reception who then appeared to play every other role in the hotel and was doing the best she can
  : The room was quite frankly disgusting, carpet was filthy, lock on door was broke, damp in every corner, TV didnt work, wires every where, bath leaking, toilet roll holder broke!!! The bed was actually quite comfortable

  : Was surprised by additional deposit of 100 returnable 3-5days after stay This was however as stated returned promptly to me.This was to ensure no damage incurred during our stay.
