  : Location is central and the apartment was decorated nicely and had lots of kitchen facilities. Easy to get into property and find lockbox keys.
  : Booked to stay here with my partner for a night away. The area isn't particularly pleasant and felt a little unsafe but that obviously isn't the property owners fault. We were given a code to get into the place and initial contact was good at first. We had the top floor studio apartment which is up quite a few flights of stairs and a narrow stair case at the top. We were unsure how safe this was if there had been a fire. The smoke alarm had toilet roll over it, we assumed from the previous occupants, but this should have been removed when the room was cleaned. We also noticed some black ash on the bed which was possibly from people smoking inside but this should have also been cleaned. We had to leave early due to an incident but were given a full refund which I appreciated. I had to contact the host about something important later on during the night and didn't get a reply for a long time after sending a good few messages so this could have been better. I think adding more CCTV cameras outside the rooms and putting peepholes on the inside of the doors would make the property feel safer to stay in.

  : On arrival the place hadn't been cleaned. There was food still in the kitchen bin. The beds hadn't been made, and the used bedding was just piled in the bottom of the wardrobe. The pillowcases were used and dirty with makeup. Towels were used and dirty, still damp. I wont go into graphic details re the bathroom, needless to say the loo hadn't even been flushed. The bathroom door had to be kept closed to stop the smell of cigarette smoke from someone else in the building which was obviously coming through the ducting. Very disappointing as i had high hopes for this property, the pictures looked great. Outside was covered in scaffolding, the two parking spaces didn't fit our car on the front of the property and we parked in a local 24 hour car park after a discussion with a parking warden about our car being partly on the pavement. On arrival the chap next door (an HMO) stood smoking cannabis whilst watching us unpack our car, somewhat unnerving. Re the dirty linen I went to dunelm and bought new towels and bedding,. The whole place was a nice size and had it been cleaned would have been a good place to stay. Heating worked well nice table to sit and eat (also not cleaned) The management need to check on their cleaning teams work before guests arrive.

  : Stairs. But I should have checked before booking. The owner was very kind and arranged help for me.
