  : no useable coffee, no milk. it would have been nice to have had a brew after a long day. instead we had to go shopping. batteries in remote dead.

  : Really unhappy which is a pity as the apartment itself is quite nice and modern, but a few issues meant we had to leave early 1) host forgot to send us the key code etc so we couldn’t get in and were stuck in the car park with our 4 year old after a long journey . They were also rude when called and blamed us for losing email. This is impossible as all emails are stored- but they did eventually answer and sent us the details again which was good 2) no clean towels - filthy towels left in bath from prior guest ! We had no towels to use 3) cheap glass vase left in floor - very dangerous and my 4 year old broke and nearly cut himself 4) no proper blinds so we couldn’t sleep 5) they left out two soaps which were employ 6) no toilet paper - only an empty toilet roll!We booked two nights but only stayed one

  : Nice spacious apartment, very white and clear. Good working WiFi and Smart TV. Close to both Central and Millbrook stations and a Co-op just up the road for groceries. Would also recommend the city of Southampton for a cheap stay near the coast.
  : I received a ridiculous amount of auto-emails before the stay causing confusion as to whether I had already paid, if the trip was confirmed etc. It also proved difficult to get in touch with them for casual advice, e.g. the possibility of late check-out and guidance on radiators. Beds were not too good, and the doors were a little loose.
