  : No communication was given on arrival ! I had contacted Sykes cottage previous to ask about check in details and they assured me that everything would run smoothly for our arrival? As we arrived no one was there to let ourselves into the apartment, so again I had to contact the booking agent as the number I had been given for the owner went to voice mail , really disappointed with the service and this put a damper on the stay .when we finally got into the apartment found it dirty and in need of a good clean also I would have expected milk on arrival but the only thing that was left was a bottle of wine no coffee pods for the coffee machine also
