  : Staff were lovely and friendly. That's the only good bit.
  : I wasn't expecting luxury but this place was poor. The bed was so uncomfortable that I hardly slept, the shower was broken and beyond use, the bathroom light didn't work, the toilet seat was broken and the bedding didn't smell nice and fresh as I'd expect. Next time I'll be staying at the Premier Inn. Very poor.

  : The cleaner who was helpful.The young woman who gave me the room key and showed me to the room on arrival.The surrounding country side.
  : The manager was not helpful or informative.She basically ignored me.She refused to do an early breakfast or do me a sandwich to take with me as I had to make an early start. I found her to be sullen & ignorant. Breakfast was scheduled for 8am she did not arrive until 8.15am. I was given a toasted sausage sandwich, to take with me, which I requested, it was vile. It wasn't made with any care. I couldn't eat it, I ended up throwing it away. I had paid for breakfast. The cleaner kindly made me a pot of coffee whilst I waited for her arrival.The room was adjacent to a main road.The curtains were thin which let the street lamp's light in. One of the net curtains had holes in it.The accommodation was next to a working farm.The beds were awful, they squeeked when you turned & the mattresses dipped in the middle. I was glad I took my own blankets & pillow with me as I was unsure about the cleanliness of thier bedding.Outside in the hallway a door kept banging & I could here people talking.This was not conducive to a good, restful sleep.The shower wasn't great.The carpet needs replacing & there was a smell of damp in the room.I

  : Pretty little room. Generous supply of amenities: toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Friendly staff. Switched on heating at my request.
  : The mattress was terrible!!! Worn out and I could feel every spring so I hardly slept all night.Quite noisy, partly from upstairs as it's an old building, partly from outside as it's on a main road with lorries passing.I was really looking forward to breakfast after reading all the reviews but I was disappointed. It was warm but not piping hot. The tomato was warm but not properly cooked and the sausage was obviously reheated, as it was hard and only just hot. I ended up leaving half of it, which is not like me!!
