  : The bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Lovely soft, white towels. The apartment is in an excellent location for city centre and Kelham Island. The apartment is safe and secure.
  : We struggled to find the apartment as the post code leads you to the building, but you don't know where the actual apartment entrance is. Luckily, a local directed us. We were advised we could check in from 4pm , which is quite late for a weekend booking. We were almost there when I realised I had received an email saying we could not check in until 6pm due to an issue with the last occupier. Unfortunately, this was not acceptable to us as we had a dinner reservation across city for 5.30pm. I phoned, and was met with a sympathetic view. However, the call handler did not call me back as promised. We checked in anyway (door code already emailed), and the property was ready (no cleaners still there). We were grateful for this. However, next day realised the fridge was not on (next day we worked out you had to switch it on from a switch in the kitchen), and there were splashes of dirt on the fridge/freezer and hob. One of the sinks was also slow draining and clearly blocked. I just thinks a little bit more care and attention is needed, but the apartment could be 10/10.

  : The beds were not comfortable; one of them was broken and although we reported this to the host, the maintenance team did not show up. Extra pillows would have been good.

  : The code locks were easy to use and we didn't have to worry about multiple keys for all the family or about being locked out. The showers were brilliant. The kitchen layout was well-designed.
  : The beds were not comfortable, esp for elderly guests.
