  : The venue was very clean and comfortable with a huge range on offer for breakfast. Our hostess was very accommodating and organised heaters for our room when the Boiler failed she also offered to find us alternative accommodation.
  : Unfortunately the venue is well out of town and taxi reliability was disappointing. The hot water system wasn't working the first day so no hot showers. We left the bathroom window open the first night and filled the room with smoke from a large fire that wasn't pleasant.

  : Generally very clean. Convenient. Very friendly host/staff. Lots of food available for breakfast. The staff responded to our issues - eg provided an extra duvet when we complained we were cold. Wi-if worked well.
  : The shower was very difficult to work - it was either very hot or very cold. Some food in fridge was out of date. During the night we were cold - duvet was too thin. The window let in a lot of cold air. Had we been staying longer there would have not been enough space to hang clothes. Shower gel not provided. Told later we could ask for some but by this time had bought some. Information should have advised us re the lack of shower gel and told us to ask. The sink had not been cleaned properly - marks under the hand gel. We booked a twin room with shower but when we arrived were given a twin room with private bathroom, which we were told was what was booked - it wasnt. However we were moved into an en-suite room, when we asked. The covers of the reading lamps were too thick and we could not see to read by them and the main light was not bright enough.

  : The room was spotless, the breakfast choice was great and the hosts were very friendly.
  : It's a bit out in the sticks so you have to drive to get food but that's not a major problem.
