  : Cold water. Couldn't have a shower in the morning or even brush a teeth. Milk off. The host ask straight away for money even if i already paid 2 days before online. For only 1 night stay I end up paying 160.00 . It looks like i was ripped off.

  : Breakfast was a very good full breakfast. Hostess is attentive and welcoming. Quiet location albeit narrow single road (typical in Cornwall), country view (cows, sheep) from the bedroom window. good pub nearby and close to National Trust properties.
  : We forgot to ask hostess why the hot water tap wasnt working in sink (but was in shower), probably not needed in summer time? and the small tv didnt seem to work but maybe we didnt know how to use it. Both details didnt bother us however.

  : very cute farm, large rooms, great English breakfast with local products
  : just be aware that the roads leading to the accommodation is very narrow and rural

  : A very friendly place to stay in a super, secluded location. Lovely breakfasts each morning and very welcoming to our small dog. Interesting places were suggested to visit and seeing a working farm in its day to day life was a joy. The Tamar Valley is certainly a beautiful area to visit with the River the only north/south route so few roads. Being in Spring the bluebells, wild garlic & Campion along the lanes were a delight.
  : The only thing which could have been improved was the size of the duvet which only just covered both of us at the edges of the bed and could have been a bit wider.

  : Warm and friendly welcome by host. Very quiet peaceful location. Breakfast arrangements very good and with the addition of friendly good natured guests made the visit brilliant.
