  : The proximity to the university and the parking were the attraction, along with a good price.
  : Being over a pub the noise went on until gone midnight. The room was ok although the furniture was worn to the point chip board was showing through the memomin. The bathroom was part way through renovation. The shower holder was broken and there was nowhere to put your clothes whilst in the shower other than the floor. The shower had lots of black mould.

  : If you want to be part of the TV set of Shameless and want to meet Frank Gallagher and the rest of the Chatsworth estate then this is the pub for you. If you want to go out smelling of the new Eau de Parfum B'Dive with aromatic scents of cigarettes, urine, weed and stale beer then sit in the bar for 5 minutes and you'll smell of it for a week. No charge.One advantage is the free dentist treatment that is on offer, if you hate your teeth then look at a local the wrong way and you'll have them knocked out in no time.If the UK is ever on a wool shortage and you need a woolly scarf to keep you warm this is the place to go. The skirting boards hold enough fluff to make a 6 ft scarf, providing you like the shade 'minging grey.'If you ever wondered what it would be like to be a Jack in the Box and having springs up your butt then sit on these mattresses, you'll soon feel sorry for that poor childhood toy.It's come apparent to me after visiting this place I've been showering wrong my whole life too. I always thought you were dirty, showered and came out clean again. Turns out you go in a shower clean and come out dirty. Mind blown.I was fascinated by the new anti-slip technology their clearly trailing, turns out the new scum and mould method on the shower floor really works - why slip when you can stick?Oh - make sure you bring a bucket if you want a wee in the night, or you'll have to risk someone else using the toilet at 3am when your bladder is about to explode like a whale. Yes. It's a shared bathroom, but at least you won't catch chlamydia from the toilet seat and have months of convincing your partner you weren't getting frisky in Salford.Snow White and the seven dwarfs would take 15 years to clean this place, five of them spent climbing the stupidly steep steps to the second floor. I'm 5ft 11 and felt like climbing Mount Everest would be easier.

  : The first impression , when I see it was a pub in a quite poor area, was really bad. Then to be honest I had a very good night. The room was efficient and clean, very comfortable bed.
  : It’s a bar located in a very poor area. It doesn’t look so nice
