  : The second apartment we moved into was far better than the first one. It seemed bigger, but it might have been the same size. The view was pleasant too. We had some major problems, but the staff were absolutely amazing and arranged another one and got me a ref for the problem.
  : The first apartment was a shamble; it was absolutely filithy apart from the clean bedding and toilet the rest was shocking. But apparently, the cleaners were to blame, considering everything happening with covid, it was a bit of a concern. But they solved it without any hassle, so i appreciate that. The location is not great. It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere and a bit rough. The first Apartment view was awful when we moved to the second one it was like we were in a totally different location. So maybe something to state when booking. Saying that, unfortunately, I would not come back esp having young children. But each to their own, if I did not come with children, it might have been a different story. Someone else might find it pleasant as a couple.

  : Great location in Manchester for City, theatres etc. Excellent communication with hosts, with instructions, videos and info etc. Klevio key app a good idea. Parked outside block, used Klevio key to enter communal area and collected fob from flat - drove round to car park which was on the other side of the building (fob entry). Entry door (fob needed) from car park to reception was near parking space, useful if returning late/alone. Spacious 1st floor enclosed courtyard with seating, and gym looked good although didn't use. Flat was big, modern and very clean. Nice bathroom with toiletries, bedroom good with lots of wardrobe space and hairdryer. Not noisy. Kitchen was large and had all amenities and dining table, and living room comfortable with Netflix on TV and balcony. Used heating in bedroom a couple of times and it worked well. Hot showers no problem but was single occupier.
  : Slight confusion when Klevio key didn't work on apartment door, but physical key was inside on table, attached to fob, so prior warning would have been useful, but hosts answered call quickly and solved it. The kitchen would have been even better with a few things - teatowel, dish brush etc. Sofa a bit flat but ok!Decor quite sparse, but didn't detract from enjoyment. Couldn't find the reception entry door from carpark at first, so might be good to indicate where it is in relation to allocated parking space. All small points though.

  : We didn't have a breakfast. I didn't know that was included. Anyway, we spent the whole weekend out.Therefore, it was not a big deal. The place itself was brilliant. We were able to walk to the city center within 20 minutes or so.I will definitely book it again, next time I go to Manchester.

  : spacious, clean enough but in need of redecoration. We had small problem which dealt with efficiently and pleasantly by staff.
  : Poor area, view industrial. surrounding roads and pavements were badly in need of repair.

  : The apartment was clean and location was perfect.
  : The oven did not work and the apartment felt cold. The window handles were broken. The keyless entry system is a great concept but without a phone you would be lost. no reception on site.
