  : Wasn’t any plugs to use the iron and no full length mirror, only plugs was behind the tv or bedside table so wasn’t ideal area to iron because of how the desk and bed was positioned. Wasn’t asked if my breakfast was okay or if my stay was okay when checking out. Poor service

  : The room was nicely decorated and clean with both blinds and curtains to keep out external light. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The food for dinner was tasty.
  : The check-in was a bit offhand with little information and the first person I spoke to just walked off. At breakfast the cold selection was only partially laid out when I arrived and it was not appetising, with small pain au chocolate in plastic sleeves and some fruit in a bowl to peel. The breakfast cereals were highly processed and unhealthy, with no granola or muesli. I ordered scrambled eggs on toast but was not offered brown toast and when I asked about the advertised berries, they came with the scrambled eggs and not before it. I was only given one cup of coffee and the staff member then left without any way to get a refill myself. It all felt a bit transactional and not at all a "prestige" experience.

  : Shower head is in desperate need of descaling it was barely working in suite 10 and breakfast was a big disappointment the most bland scrabbled egg I have ever eaten no crumpets available which is a simple breakfast thing my partner's bacon muffin according to her was also not great nothing had been put out for us to help ourselves to had to keep asking the waitress.

  : - The towel radiator was stuck on full heat and was unable to be turned off from our room, so it was absolutely roasting all night in our room
