Very Poor
Traveller Type: family with young children
: Not a lot actually save for the fact that it was clean.
: We had 3 nights booked however left after the first night. My parents (in their late 80’s) wanted a room with 2 beds. The room was small but clean. The beds were singles however suspect they were zip lock beds that are normally a double bed. So the single bed was very small. The floor was timber and the single beds both moved about the floor the caster locks were worn out. My mother fell out of the bed during the night because it rolled about. The shower pressure was really poor although the bathroom was modern. I did try to find somebody to speak with to see was it possible to get a different room (the following day) however the reception was unmanned until 1500. Couldn’t take the chance so moved to a different hotel. The outside of the hotel is also very shoddy and in bad need of a renovation. I would class this as a poor quality B&B rather than a 3 star hotel.
