  : Location and staff's friendly smile was great. Parking was good enough and the surroundings within the premises are good.
  : Room was probably not done properly, a lot of dust on bed headrest and carved areas of bed and on most of the furnitue. I made a video and showed it to the receptionist who sent someone to clean it all. Lamps were not working but were fixed later on. Bath room towels were not properly hung on towel rail as it seemed someone did it in hurry. Most disappointing thing we found out later at night that there was no hand wash or soap to wash hands, then we bought our own next day. At this point we didn't bother and used the shower gel to wash hands. I believe no one is inspecting prior to guest's check-in to make sure the room is in good condition, which is a shame and we didn't expect this from Best Western hotel as we have stayed in other branches but never had an issue. I told everything again to the receptionist when we were checking out.
