  : Not a lot if I am honest. Very old decor, carpet and walls, basic bathroom. The bar was noisy. Creaky doors, common areas not particularly clean or tidy. A lot of money for what it is. I guess the lack of hotels in the area means that they can take advantage of travellers. I Hope they are planning to refurbish soon..
  : The bathroom and bed sheets were clean and the location is okay. You can also park in the pub carpark if you find a spot, you cant reserve one.

  : Great location - convenient for the station and walking into Reigate centre. Staff were friendly. Room a good size. Had a TV and kettle in the room too. Pub downstairs seemed nice.
  : It would have been good to have a chair and table / desk in the room. The headboard was not attached to the bed, which meant it moved and knocked the wall when you sat on the bed or rolled over in bed. The "private bathroom" was across the hall, which is not an issue in itself, but it meant it was accessible to any of the other guests. The doors down in the pub are left open so it was technically accessible to anyone from the pub or street, which wasn't great as a solo female traveller. The room needed to be cleaned (lots of debris behind the bed. And I was also bitten by bed bugs so it needs to be treated for that.

  : The management failed to answer our calls and knocking at various doors despite being warned by email previous to our visit that we would be travelling from Gatwick to their pub. WE contacted Booking.com who also were unable to help us. We although tired and exhausted had to travel over 130 miles to our home in the early hours of the morning. We are aged 75 and 80 years old and this was a terrible strain. we would advise that these premises be avoided as the outward appearance and being next to a railway line did nothing for us other than to confirm these premises should be avoided at all costs.

  : Great location for work trip to Reigate, close to the station, friendly staff and great food. Basic pub accommodation at a reasonable price when travelling for work.

  : It was conveniently located for our trip.
  : We were generally disappointed, given the price for the room. The television had a portable arial which we could not to get working. The kettle had to be put on the floor to reach the socket. There was no bedside table so the lamp had to be put on the floor between the beds. Noise from the other two rooms disturbed us until past midnight but not from the bar below or the nearby railway line. The bathroom was functional and clean but dated.
