  : I did not get information about which room me and my step-son were going to stay in and had to contact the manager on the phone. He wasn't explaining himself very well. During a phone call he said that the room "should have been opened" for us. There was no card to use or key to lock the door. We didn't even get to the room in the end and left, as we did not feel safe. After raising the issue with the manage over text messages he completely ignored my concerns. I felt like I was being mansplained on all levels. I don't recommend.

  : This is the third time of stopping. This time the room was dirty. I don't think they were expecting us.

  : Close to the centre and trains. A bottle of water was provided, which was very handy.
  : Waited for a long time to get hold of the hotel. I was finally allowed to enter the building but nit into my room. I was stood for a while waiting. When I was contacted, the door to my room was open, so it didn't make sense why I was made to stand around for so long. Th window in the room was open, the weather was very cold, so it was very cold. I had to wear my clothes in bed to warm up, which took a long time. It was late and I was exhausted. When I tried to sleep, I couldn't as the shower was constantly dripping on and off very loudly. I barely slept! The room was tired and needed a lick of paint. There was also only one milk for the coffee. When I went to get breakfast, there wasn't much to eat, and there only seemed to be small sweet pastries. It would have been nice to have something more filling.

  : Location is near to railway station.
  : The room was not clean, but it seems like it has not been opened or cleaned. Sheets and pillows were stained with dirt on all the surfaces. When asked to the property owner, he changed the room but demeaningly said that I'm welcome to take my money back if I want. I changed the room, but it wasn't good as well (spiders in the toilet and again dirt on all the surfaces). I called to ask him if I could have my money back, to which he said that I needed to do that from booking.com (since he knew it's a non refundable booking). I took the room around 10 pm and I left at 2 am. Total waste of money.
