  : The room was nice. small and cute. Looked very clean. Nice quality white bedding. The dining area was very nice. Parking was handy.
  : I didn't know breakfast was continental. It's not something I would ever consider as it's not to my taste. This place only had continental breakfast. No teaspoons available in dining room. They'd porridge but I don't like it made with water and didn't seem to be hot milk. It was confusing as everything was in two different places. Quite disjointed. You'd to go in to the hall for cups Slamming doors. In the morning, before I wanted to wake I was woke with slamming doors and people having conversations. I think it may have been the staff talking but other residents seemed to be letting doors slam. Id a terrible night's sleep. The bathroom looked great but sink needed tightened as it was at an angle. Water pooled at the side closest to user. The shelf above was the same. Things kept rolling off as it was at an angle.The place could be a wee gem if made quieter and a cooked breakfast served. I'd even pay slightly more. And spiders taken out of the room (not killed)Lovely kept wee place. It's a shame. Could be made amazing

  : Location and access to the town - also easy access to the main routes in / out of town - either on foot or on the motorbike. The room is very comfortable, well equipped. The breakfast (not offering cooked breakfast as per pictures) BUT the continental breakfast was brilliant - a lot to choose from!!
  : Smell of "illegal substance" in my room, only when you open the door it's quite strong - once that cleared (leave the door open and the window - then the room is great).
