  : The apartment was cleaned. It is in good area and walking distance from city center.
  : The suite is not suitable for families with babies and with buggy. Lift is not big enough. We checked in half an hour early and we still had to pay 10 extra even though the apartment was ready and there were people working in the office. Also we got deducted 3 from the deposit for management fee although we already paid for the room through booking.com so I am not entirely sure how many fee we ended up paying. Our main key apparently was broken and therefore we could only get in the apartment from the lift ( with kids and buggy was a difficult task) and we were told about this after making all those "extra payments". Not great customer service.

  : Please be wary of staying here. You have to pay 150 deposit on arrival which they are refusing to refund me on a false accusation. They also tried to charge 46 for additional linen when we did not order this.

  : Good location, large flat, clean and spacious.
  : I didn't like the extra costs, parking for the flat - more expensive than city parking, charging a deposit despite settling everything on the booking - includes an administration fee? The cost is not much, but it was the first time I encountered such a fee. The whole payment process is not convenient as it redirects to some private page.

  : There was a bit of maintenance to be done. Door needs some kind if chain lock, and it could do with a couple of frying pans
