  : Great location next to river. Quiet and relaxing location with area to sit outside. Cottage had all you required. Clean and comfortable.

  : Location was perfect. Off the main road enough to be peaceful but close enough to main route to travel to other places.

  : Quiet location, river Tay within 30 meters. Nothing to be desired, everything was though of. Cottage was complete.

  : Cottage was fantastic, had everything you needed. Wood burner was good to have. Location on the river bank was just lovely and so quiet.
  : The really only negative was if you wanted to watch a bit of television in the evenings to relax from a full day out it was poor! Lack of any real channels that worked so not great!

  : Cottage had a lovely modern interior,but was still cosy.Excellent riverside location ,loved watching the wildlife.Had everything that you needed to enjoy your stay.Lots of places to visit within easy access of A9.
  : Had a problem with gas supply to all the cottages ,but we were offered alternative accommodation on the estate and were able to enjoy the rest of our break away.

  : Stunning location, although we did miss the turn-off. So peaceful and loved our visits from the neighbouring pheasants.
  : I didn't sleep very well, which was probably because it was a different bed. The sofas weren't very comfy, but it is a small space so regular sofas would be too big. These were not an issue though.

  : Cosy, clean, comfortable and recent within a nice old cottage. Was also very quiet and peaceful. The wifi was great (we had to work 2 days and had no issue at all)
  : We struggled a bit with the woodburner (weve got one at home but bigger) the logs were not burning so well but its more for the cosy part of the stay as it is definitely warm enough with the radiators
