  : A beautiful location, nice and quiet in a wooded area, so lots of wildlife and a wild flower meadow at the front of the property. The property looks like an old farmhouse, so it has a lit of character. Very clean inside. We were in the garden room which had a huge bed, it was very comfortable. The room has a wet room, which I'm not a fan of, but it was clean and a good size. The full English had good quality items on it and was plenty to start the day. The garden is a cottage garden style but plenty of room. You can hear and see the steam trains from the garden as well. Carol and Elliot were lovely people who couldn't do enough for you. So helpful. Will be returning for sure.
  : There's nothing really to say. I guess only thing you can say is, the lack of signal for the telly but the property in the woods so to be expected and I don't watch much telly so didn't bother us.
