  : Beautiful location, large enclosed garden, facilities. Sheep all around the house and seen deer too from the garden. We enjoyed our stay.
  : We stayed at the cottage during the extreme cold period. Heating stopped working a couple of times as the boiler was locked out. We have experience with these old boilers so managed to restart each time. Due to the snow storm at the end of the week we were forced to leave over a day early and the planned visit of our friends was cancelled because of it, but that is of no fault of the cottage owner.

  : Excellent property. The location up a hill is superb with deer in the field above us . Nice furnishings , comfortable beds . Two large bedrooms and a reasonable single . We were there in November and a little worried it would be cold . We neednt have worried because there was plenty heat from the radiators throughout the day . At night the log burner is cosy . Plentiful hot water. We intended walking a lot but it was so nice there was a reluctance to leave cottage !
  : The only thing Id say was there is no freezer . With COVID on the go we had stocked up on frozen food to avoid visiting shops . Having no freezer was a bit inconvenient . In fairness it never said there was one , we just assumed it would have a freezer .
