: Friendly and helpful staff, excellent food there also.
: Bog brush was bald and the tray for the coffees/teas could have been cleaner; but it suited a work trip just fine.

Disappointing

Disappointing
Traveller Type: solo traveller
: Room was large and comfortable
: The room description stated it had a coffee machine, it didn’t. When I mentioned this to the male at reception he was very dismissive and blamed booking.com I was politely pointing out people consider what you get included in the price and he may want to change the description. He continued to blame and not take responsibility. I also pointed out that neither bedside lamps worked, to which I was asked if I had plugged them in. I politely explained that yes I had and maybe they would like to check the bulbs.I was happy to just feed these points back to reception but with the response I received from the male it left me rather annoyed that he refused to take it on board .

: There is car parking, a pleasant outdoor area, a clean and comfortable room.
: Breakfast ends at 09:30. I arrived at 09:00 and there weren't many food options. The other guests who arrived earlier ate everything and there was no replacement.
