  : Central location was the only positive.
  : We arrived at the building with no way of entering as we didn't have a key or someone to meet us there, no instructions were provided on hiw to enter building.A resident let me in and I went to the apartment where I found the key resting behind the letter box. I grabbed the car park access keys from within the apartment. No instructions were provided on how to get to the car park, no sign posting either. Thanks to Google Maps and trial and error we found the entrance to the underground car park. Parked the car and then proceeded to find a door to get up to the building. What we didn't know was that the carpark served 2 buildings we spent 30mins looking for our apartment when we realised it was a lost cause we left the carpark and the way we came in and decided to walk arou s the main road to the front of the building. The apartment is not fit for purpose. It is a fire and safety hazardThe issues below we had are not new these have been stated by other clients this year and still not rectified.1. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling on one fixing.2. No hot water. 3. Hallway flooring delaminated (triphazard)4. Shower tray comming away from wall5. lights hanging from the sockets. 6. Not all light fixings had bulbs7. Spare duvet and pillows stained8. Rubbish left in bathroom bins. 9. Missing carbon monoxide alarm detector10. Toaster unclean11. Exposted cabling above shower cubicle
