  : Nice quiet residential location with good pub serving food very nearby.Parking on the road was ok.Nice ensuite and shower.Comfy bed.
  : Kettle to make tea or coffee would be nice.Why not clean and tidy small pets allowed? I stayed for 2 nights, just wonder why did they come in after the first night and empty the bin, change the towels and take a paper I had left on the bed?

  : The location of the house is great, close to the centre and in a quiet street. Staff were helpful with check-in and messages. Nice decoration in the room to give it a homely feel.
  : As with many other reviews for this property I didnt appreciate arriving to the room and finding a tiny amount of toilet paper provided. Had to request more. The room was relatively comfortable however the house itself is noisy - you can easily hear the other guests and there was a bit of a damp smell. I appreciate that the house is Victorian, however for a 3-star listed accommodation at a rather expensive price I expected more privacy and cleanliness.Additionally, I was asked to pay a 50 deposit which was not made clear when making the original booking. This was refunded smoothly however.

  : Location was nice and great pub across street
  : Didnt like steep stepsThe heater in the room did not work. When we got into the room, the windows were all open. We closed them and tried the heater. We could not sit in the room without being under the duvet, it was very uncomfortable. Other guests said it was cold in their rooms. We booked a room with heating but did not get it. Management had responded to us well until we complained about how cold the room was, thenwe got no response. We had to sleep with all of our clothes on including sweatshirts under the thin duvet to keep warm at night. We were given one big hard towel. There were no hand towels to use. The beds were on wheels and rolled across the room as you tried to sit on them.There was no city view or garden view.
