  : Hello, I am writing to you regarding some concerns I had when I stayed at the Scole Inn on Saturday 21st October to Sunday 22nd October 2023 in the following rooms under the names of the bookings:- Room 14: Karen Kelly - Room 8: Karen Kelly - Room 25: Bobbie BurkinPlease see below our areas of concern: - Dirty floors: the carpets were filthy and came across as though they have not been cleared for a long period of time.- Dirty and ill equipped bathrooms: the bathrooms of all bedrooms had clearly not be cleaned or sanitised prior to our arrival, particular Room 25 (pictured). There was no shower gel or hand soap in Room 14 which does not fit with the description you provided on your website. - No early check in: we had an early check in for Room 14 but upon our arrival at 12:20pm on 21.10.23, the limited staff you had available meant that we were waiting to access our room for 20 minutes which you cannot reasonably admit that this amounts to early check in.- Breakfast: for 10 the breakfast was not up to standards you had implied on your website. - Phone call: we also received a phone call for Room 25 requesting for her bank details. We received the call at 11:45pm when we were at a wedding which, to both of our standards, is not acceptable. I appreciate that receiving an email with such complainants is difficult. With that in mind, please can you respond within 14 days about compensation for the inadequate stay we had. Sincerely, Karen Kelly
