  : Good location for Belfast city, Larne harbour and Giants Causeway. Nice, clean room, little bit of road noise but nothing major. Good food, great choice at breakfast and staff really friendly. Plenty parking.
  : Only minor discomfort for us was the quilt being far too warm and heavy (we’re Scottish and don’t need winter a quilt in June!)

  : The location for work purposes was good. The staff service was great.
  : The initial room was facing the main road and could hear all the vehicles zooming by from 4am (despite the windows and all being closed. (Avoid 201) After a complaint they changed my room to a smaller but quieter one. Not the best rooms to recommend. Too expensive for the condition of the room.

  : Great hotel location wise, staff are friendly & food is lovely! Breakfast was lovely, although could have been a little more stocked up as some items very low ie one tomatoe left & only a few potatoe bread left when we came down. It was only around 930am. But the sausages were really tasty and we are picky on sausages! Also nice to see poached eggs on for buffet this was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. We also ate in the bar/grill in the evening, accomodating us even though we hadn't booked in advance. Meal was lovely, tad expensive but hey ho that's life at the moment but it was very tasty and we all finished our plates of food. Lovely atmosphere. Kids really enjoyed it, all walks of life there was nice to see a mix of age groups! Room was clean, spacious & had everything we needed. Room 405. Location of hotel so ideal for W5 & the Zoo 10mins away from both. Very problem free stay, this is our second time staying here and will definitely stay again! Thank you!

  : Free parking, aand that is about all the nice things I can say about this place.
  : €7.70 for a pot of tea for 1 at the bar! £5.50. Absolute rip off. Asked for toast with my breakfast, never arrived. Staff didn't ask if everything was ok, just thanks and put the head down at reception. Also asked for a quiet room, but got a room with adjoining door, which disturbed my sleep all night.
