  : Lovely clean and modern flat with excellent facilities and a great location. It's just the right size for two. Not too small and cramped but spacious enough to be comfortable. The shower is great and TVs in both rooms make it great for retiring to the bedroom. I noticed someone complained about the outside space in another review? Whilst entitled to their opinion, I think it was a comment by a green fingered activist! The outside space isn't accessable and barely visible. Don't pay any attention to that review as the whole place is well presented and tidy. There is a parking space big enough for one medium sized vehicle.
  : We disliked the barrage of automated messages from Sykes Holiday Cottages. Including one suggesting we have insurance for breakages. If you want insurance hide it in the price it's not an extra we care to pay for. When we did message for support over needing a hairdryer (which incidentally wasn't on the list of things suggested we take, so we didn't) we got no response to our query. The mattress isn't what we call super comfortable. It's passable and probably ikea. If you want guests to rave about comfort buy a Hypnos. The bathroom extraction fan, though efficient when the shower is in use, never shuts down? It drones on all night. If you are the type of person who can't sleep with a ticking clock, this is the same thing!

  : Spotlessly clean. All appliances worked. Close to beach and village. Safe off road parking. Owners were helpful even though we didnt need them. Plenty of heating if needed. Nice welcome pack too. Would return again.
  : Only small thing was that as the property was upstairs the front door opens up onto the stairs which means that when you enter there is nowhere to put muddy boots or wet coats etc and nowhere to hang them upstairs. A small hoover would have been nice also.
