Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Great location, very quiet. Two good size bedrooms and large bathrooms.
  : House needs just a little tlc. No kitchen knifes other than bread knife and general cutlery. Toilet roll holder broken downstairs, sofa ripped, things not quite as clean as I would expect. Just a general up date needed. I don't wish to be too negative as there are plus points.

  : Self catering so no breakfast. Excellent location near to harbour and restaurants
  : Shower was temperamental and needed adjustable high pole

  : it would have been nice to have a couple of tea bags and some milk for a welcoming cup of tea on arrival. Also there was no dishcloth or bin liners available. The television was ver small.

  : The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed.
  : We had a major problem with the hot water. We had not had a bath since Tuesday evening 21st and only got to have a bath on the 25th. The plumber did come around and said that the boiler was faulty but he couldn't do anything as it needed to be replaced. We had to regulate the flow of the water in order to get a hot bath which took ages when it came to running a bath. Turing the hot water tap to halfway resulted in lukewarm/cold water. This applied to every hot water tap on the property. Not once did we have any form of Communication, apology or compensation from the owner. This to me was very disappointing and unacceptable. A phone call to see if we were OK or offer an alternative would have been really nice! Mid winter with a 4 year old child and no bath for 3 days was awful. Apart from this...we have no complaints about the property.
