: The staff were lovely we arrived very late after evening racing. Great location to watch the horses ride out early morning.
  : Decor old fashioned

: Staff were amazing. Rooms beautiful, although we weren't in the room for long as we were attending Newmarket racing followed by music from Busted. Breakfast was very tasty.
: The rooms had been sold out quickly so we had a bigger room which was a much higher price at £268 for the night. There was only me and my daughter and bit of a struggle paying that much. Otherwise very satisfied.

: Liked the size of the room and bathroom. Was clean and the bed was comfy
: The windows. Needs an upgrade from secondary glazing. I found is difficult to open the bathroom window as they're is no extractor fan.My brothers stayed in a twin room. The hotel isn't DDA compliant as he was in a wheelchair and this is not disclosed as there are split levels to get to the rooms which was difficult to manoeuvre.

Very Poor

  : Nothing
: Omg this is the worst hotel I ever stayed in.When booking, I asked if they had a accessible room as I was travelling with a wheel chair user they said they do not have any rooms with a walk in shower but I was assured that there would not be a problem getting around the hotel. We were on the 1st floor and had to use the lift. There was not enough space for The wheel chair and another person, or to turn the wheelchair around in the lift. I had to take the stairs. The corridors were narrow and dimly lit. The entrance to the room was very narrow with sharp corners, again making it difficult to move and had a step to get into the room not very wheelchair friendly at all. This made it very uncomfortable and difficult to get into the room. It's not a great start. This is not a wheelchair friendly hotel for guests with any physical disabilities. If the person I was travelling with was a solo travler, it would have been impossible for them to negotiate the lift and get into their room.

: We actually arrived at 1:00 am after a flight to visit family. The night porter came out and asked if we needed any help with our luggage. Check in was swift & professional. The room was small but more than adequate and had everything we needed, especially the aircon.Lovely big fluffy towels too.
