  : It was great location and the room was a lovely set up , all the staff were nice and helpful

  : We arrived early and the room was not ready which was fine, we asked if there was a bathroom available as my partner was desperate after the walk from the car to which were told no. (No suggestions as to where the nearest toilets were) we sat and waited. 3oclock came which was check in time and by now there was a big queue at the desk and all the people were being given their room keys so I queued just to be told our room was still not ready? I once again said how long will it be as my partner still hadnt been to the bathroom as no nearby places would allow her in without being a customer only to be told she would text the room to try and rush things along?? It was now 15:15. So once again we sat and waited, more and more people came and were aloud to check in? By the time we actually got into our room it was 15:30. This was such a shame considering it was our first stay at the hotel and it was such a nice place to stay but this experience really didnt start our stay off well.

  : Good spacious room, comfy bed , good location for Ao arena and city centre
  : So we booked a superior double room and end up with a room with a disabled toilet in which we never request and I'm pretty sure you usually have to request a room like that and made me and my partner very annoyed as when we asked at reception they said what room you booked the layouts are different. So be prepared if you book a superior double room you my end up with a disabled bathroom layout

  : The convenience of the location. It was clean and tidy. Very modern. The room was absolutely gorgeous - we stayed in the Guinea Suite
  : The power of the shower - I know this is preference however but it did trickle out and we like something more powerful.

  : There were a couple of maintenance issues required in the room. Thermometer was detached from the wall when used exposing the wires.
