  : The Orida was ideal for what we needed it for. We attended a wedding at The Orangery, which was just about 7 minutes by taxi from the Hotel. There is a big Next Outlet next to the hotel and an M & S within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and readily see to your needs. This hotel though is showing its age and is needing a bit of TLC. However, the staff are good at maintaining the cleanliness of the place.Breakfast has a very good choice and plentiful. There's Starbucks at the hotel lobby and a great option for afternoon tea. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that option. Would recommend this hotel and would use it again.
  : There were some small issues that needed to be seen to during our stay, like the broken Jacuzzi in the leisure facilities, a broken coffee machine that really needs fixing or replaced but these were minor issues. And there are no ATM machines in or around the hotel so, if like us, you still prefer using cash in some cases, then it's a good idea to bring some with you.

  : We are returning guests, and always look forward to staying.Rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, lots of cupboard space.Sensible check-out times allow time to use the facilities before enjoying the wonderful breakfast.Reception staff are always courteous and professional.
  : This time the steam-room didn't heat up, and had a drain smell.Hopefully this will soon be overhauled to the same high standard as the sauna!
