  : Good food available within hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Luss is a lovely location by Loch Lomond.
  : We stayed in a cottage which was in the grounds but on the other side of the very busy A82. The accommodation itself needed some attention; dining table was so wobbly you couldn’t eat at it. Bed and sofa were uncomfortable. Overall it didn’t feel like value for money.

  : Location was super. Beautiful cottage. We were told Loch Lomond was in level 2 by the hotel which it clearly wasn’t. We were told we could book for breakfast and dinner we arrived at 5 past 5 and was told the kitchen was closed. No exceptions. The hotel shut Monday and Tuesday so no meals available we were not pre warned about this. I called 2 days before to confirm and hotel said all was available even offered to book us in for meals. We wish we had have been told because we paid a lot of money. We loved luss loved the cottage loved the walks. It was a lovely break but I think we were miss informed about the level of lockdown luss was in and we were definitely miss informed about services available. We couldn’t check in till 4 if we had have been prewarned we would have come down early for late lunch

  : The cottage could have had a little more attention to detail. The oven was a little grubby, the blind was crooked and under the sink was iffy.

  : The property was very stylish, and did feel more like a hotel. Loved the location. The facilities were excellent especially having access to Netflix and internet.
