  : The bedroom wall was cracked, window sill coming away from the frame (looks like there’s been structural damage/movement). Bathroom mouldy and shower head full of pink mould and limescale. Linen didn’t smell very fresh. Lighting terrible for getting ready in. Staff nowhere to be seen. Breakfast items not refilled and have to wait too long for more to be cooked.

  : It was a disaster from the point of check in! I had already paid in full on booking.com but the hotel asked me to pay directly. As it was late and I;d had a three hour drive and wanted to freshen up and go out to dinner I paid by card. As soon as I got to my room I checked my booking.com email and realised I had been right to question the payment at checkin. I went to reception within 10 minutes and the receptionist claimed they had IT problems and had had a lot of issues with booking.com clients. She admitted it was her fault and promised she woudl refund me after emailing her manager. Next morning no update but new receptionist claimed they thought a refund had been made but that someone would call me that day - no one did. I've now put a chargeback through my card company. Do not use - bunch of scammers.
  : They are scammers and try to steal your money. Do not trust this place and be wary of promises to talk to the manager or call you back. The hotel is clearly in financial trouble and resorting to low tricks.

  : The old style building in a lovely village location and close to Loughborough for sons graduation
  : Very tired rooms. Curtains torn frayed, bed old and furniture dated too. Breakfast was included but limited and also sat in a sun room that was boiling hot especially as it was a sunny day

  : Hotel was noisy, more due to lack of insulation perhaps, could hear next room well past midnight

  : Rooms ready on time, clean and comfortable but a bit dated. Handy location with a good car park.
  : Breakfast, really disappointing. went for 8am when expected full range of food to be on, what little was there was cold and was not replenished. No orange juice (advised ran out), no water. No fruit, pastries, yoghurts. plates all dirty and had to ask to get replaced.
