  : Convenient for Victoria station
  : The room was very small. The bed extremely hard and the property was very tired. The banisters in the hallway were broken and paintwork scuffed in hallway and room. Carpet in hallway was frayed and laminate floor in bedroom chipped.

  : Excellent location, friendly landlady always available, the room had a minifridge that was nice.
  : The room was on the railway tracks, so it was vibrating and noisy all night. The bathroom was very small, sitting on the toilet or taking a shower was a struggle (for thin or small people only)

  : At the extremely cheap price I paid, I was expecting a flea-bitten, run down dump. Room 6 was immaculate. There was a kettle and tea and coffee. A hair dryer. Shampoo. A new bathroom and shower. Fluffy towels. An extra blanket. A TV. And fast wifi.
  : It is right next to the train tracks, so if you're a light sleeper this may not be for you. I'm hard of hearing and can sleep through anything, so for me this was not an issue. I got a good night's sleep.

  : The room owner uses a mattress dating back to 1996, as shown in the picture. He rents out the house at a very high price, but unfortunately, he is reluctant to buy a new mattress! I suffer from a spinal problem, and the mattress exacerbated my condition. I had to remove the mattress from the bed entirely and place it on the floor, which increased my pain due to its weight, and I ended up sleeping on the bed frame, making me even sicker. The door lets cold air in all night. As for the noise and the sound of drilling and breaking, it started as soon as I entered the room in the afternoon and continued until sunset!

  : The hotel is perfectly situated, just a few minutes away from Victoria station.Mihaela was super friendly and borrowed us an adapter since we completely forgot that the plog sockets in UK arent the same as in Germany.

  : Was told to make payment in person. But we made the payment online and then the manager threatened to kick us out if we didnt make the payment on the day there. But we already made a payment online to booking.com which said it was pending. So we made to payments of 85 to the property. The manager was extremely rude and obnoxious when talking over the phone and very aggressive to us and his own staff member. We are owed a refund of 85 since we made two payments.
