  : We didn’t have breakfast. We were looking for a location close to Wimbledon and it was absolutely perfect.

  : The location was good, only a 20 min walk to wimbledon to watch the tennis. I presume it was the owner who greeted us and was very pleasant and there was parking available.
  : This was not a hotel, it was a B&B. It was very expensive being wimbledon fortnight and not really good value for money. The bedroom and bathroom were very small, it was clean but there was a smell of cleaning fluid which was not very pleasing, the bedding was not of quality, the duvet was a bit small and the pillows were lumpy. If we had paid half of what we had paid for the room I would have said fair enough but for £200.00 plus I would expect a lot more.

  : Stayed 2 nights, the single room was just perfect for me, but the room size would be a problem for a large person, would definitely stay here again for the tennis..

  : The location was very good, only a ten minute walk from the train station, and from the Wimbledon village.
  : I feel like it was quite expensive for what it was. It was a very basic room. The window blinds were missing a few slats, so the light was still coming into the room. The kettle had to put down on a stool to be plugged in, as the lead wasn't long enough. No shampoo in the bathroom. Only 2 large towels in the room, for 3 people.

  : High ceilings and free parking, pretty good location too. Bed very comfy and clean bedding.
  : The toilet was crammed in so difficult to sit on, cobwebs everywhere, and lighting in bathroom terrible and flickering.

  : Excellent location, near shops and Wimbledon. Really helpful owner, who explained everything on checking in, including the special nack needed to get the door key to work, lol. Main attraction was car parking facilities, and was able to leave it there on check out day, so we could explore the shops and local area more.
  : Breakfast was ok, but would have been better if had mushrooms, tomatoes, black pudding.
