  : Beautiful property. The room was really big and the bathroom was stunning. Upon arrival the staff were welcoming and we were pleased. Had a drink at the bar which is also beautiful. We went about the rest of day and the show wed come to see and we were looking forward to coming back to chill and get some rest after a long day.
  : When we got back to the hotel there was a party going on the room below which was fine, Im not a Karen and it was a Friday night. I knew the pub closed at 11/12 so I could settle down after that. We werent warned about said party either but again not too fussed. It wasnt until the music was still blaring at 1:30 that I got annoyed even further, not only that it sounded like they were having relay races and the starting gunshot was going off after every start- can only imagine it was them dragging furniture back into place. Please dont stay here over a weekend if you need sleep after a long day in London. Perfect for insomniacs!

  : Room was lovely, staff couldn’t do enough, nothing was too much trouble when asked.
  : The only issue we had was the restaurant, the food was gorgeous, but we had to send the steak back twice as asked for well done and still had blood in it. The waitress did give us a free drink for the hassle, and a sneaky service charge was added which was 12.5% which we didn’t notice until after paying. But overall good staff and lovely room. Shower was immense.
