  : THE NOISE! You need to add insulation ...the doors have quite a wide gap underneath...maybe install some of that brush-type material in the gap and hang a carpet on the door. Also outside my room there were multiple very noisy doors constantly being closed and opened... They are loud doors. You need to put some sort of felt around the door frames and the edges of the door to make closing it quieter. Other hotels do this. When other people in different rooms use their taps, the noise in my room was ridiculous.... It sounds like the Titanic creaking as it hits an iceberg.... Or sometimes like a loud squeal which I thought was a air raid siren. Please try and sort this out with a plumber if you can as it really stopped me from sleeping. Also train noise was louder than I thought but this is harder to block out ...maybe add triple/double glazing windows?The soap was horrible as it left an odd residue in your hands which made them feel clammy and greasy. Buy less cheap soap please.

  : Good location, reasonable price, great bathroom except towel rack was on an heating up the whole room. Quick check in.
  : Outside temp was in 70’s. Inside room was extremely hot-no A/C. When asked, I was told only 1 room at top of house had A/C and it was occupied. We owned window and put fan in it for the night to cool it down. I was able to turn down towel rack but not turn it off. We arrived on Eurostar after 10pm. This location is across street from St Pancreas. Very easy to get to.
