  : Location was brilliant. Good restaurants just below. Very easy access to tube stations. Its not cheap accommodation but its central London and has a full kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
  : Nothing really. Only complaint was the hairdryer was poor.

  : The apartment is a good size and has all the facilities that we needed. Ideal for us as a family to relax in.
  : Minor gripe but the shower could have been better. The controls were stiff and the water pressure was poor.

  : Appartment is quite well located and many points to see are within walking distance. Underground is also close. Well eqipped kitchen, bright appartment on 4th floor.
  : 1. Keys had to be retrieved 600m away at another unmanned location. Not very useful if you have to carry luggage. Exact information for key pick up was only sent on the date of arrival ahead in an email 30min. in advance of earliest check in, which I was not aware!!! So I did not know how to get my keys. The telephone number we had was not responsive at arrival at 21h. Had to check with google to find another number to receive appropriate indications on what to do. 2. Bathroom has mould growing on the shower/bathtub. Shower is leaky. Toilet lid is loose. 3. After flushing the toilet a strange sound can be heard in the entire appartment, also during the night. 4. Table in the living room has never been assembeld properly, spilled a glas because table is unstable. 5. Had two fire (false) fire alarms, during one night, with all people getting out of the building. 6. Sleeping couch is broken, i.e. mechanism for opening/closing can only be worked by two people together. Mattress of folding couch much too soft (for weight 90kg), one can feel individual springs, so one sleeps on the frame - quite a bad experience. Dimension of bed is approx. 180-190cm x150 so too small for taller people and only fits one. 7. All windows are locked, but without good noise insulation and its a lively street. 8. Main bed mattress is quite old, one sleeps in there like in a pan. 9. No light blocking curtains in the living room (sleeping couch)...but streets are quite brightly lit...

  : No wifi as was promised. We didnt get the fob in our envelope and had to call and someone came and brought it. It was inconvenient to have to walk to other property to get keys which didnt include fob.

  : Flat and location was amazing
  : The access and collecting keys from a different location was a painful process. The keys were not ready in time and collecting keys form a different location was not convenient. Also, the thermostate in the flat was broken and left on the side in several pieces on the side. Trying to get hold of host was not easy.

  : Location was excellent. The bedlinen was very good quality. The soap, shampoo, etc, had a great smell.
  : The email which was supposed to arrive 72 hours beforehand with instructions on how to get to the property arrived 5 hours after we did. Collecting keys from one property, then walking in the rain to the booked property with two children in tow is not great. My phone was almost out of charge which added to the stress trying to check back on emails to find a number to call. There were three of us. The sofa bed "mattress" was very thin, and of very poor quality with all springs being felt. I had to take it out of the sofa bed, remove the mattress topper from the bedroom next door, and sleep on top of that and even then it felt cheap and sub standard. There was no mattress protector for it and it looked grubby. The windows in the bedroom did not open. The bathroom door was filthy (I wiped a bit of dirt away) which gets the mind racing...... I emailed Cove at 4am the first night to let them know that I was not able to sleep on the sofa bed mattress, they say to notify them during your stay so that they can put things right. I emailed again the next day. I have had no response.
