  : In d picture house had nice garden but when we got there it was like a jungle
  : Gave a different adds so we took our luggages down and paid d taxi off. After going to collect d hse keys they tell us thats not d actual adds. Its just for website purposes. So me and n whole family had to drag our luggages and look for another taxi to get to d actual adds. I hv stay in so many Airbnb but this is my first time experiencing sure thing. Ridiculous

  : We were informed the day before that the apartment weve booked (3 weeks in advance) is no longer available due to unforeseen circumstances. Fair enough, we understand that unpredictable things can happen. Was relocated immediately to a different (described as better and will not disappoint) place. They never offered a refund. The location for check-in is 2 miles away from the actual apartment. On arrival, it was an old run down place with multiple chipped furnitures and the air was stale. Cleanliness was also unsatisfactory with multiple items and rubbish left around the place. The only silver lining was that it was on lower ground floor so it felt cool when its warm outside. We did request, upon check-in, that a fan be provided but the reception appeared uninformed and falsely remarked that one was available. We even considered relocating to a hotel instead but stayed back as we had paid. Half a roll of toilet paper for 3 persons for 3 nights. Definitely not staying again as by definition, this did seem like a scam.

  : The apartment shown on the website was nowhere near what we encountered. It wasn't even in the same building as promised. The flat is supposed to host 8 people, has only one toilet though. The fridge in the kitchen was broken and already stinking. The window in one room was broken with part of the frame missing (open hole). The foot of the sofa bed was broken and not big enough for two adults. We handed the keys straight back in and complained. We had been promised by the reception staff that we will be reimbursed, which of course never happened. We visited the reception office a few days later again to learn that the flat had been rented out again. Hence the company cashed in twice. We consider this fraudulent business practice and herewith want to warn all future customers not to book with London apartments or Regent Canal apartments.

  : Excellent location. Close to Camden Market, bustling pubs and a large supermarket within walking distance. Close to tube station as well . Apartment was clean, plenty of towels, and had everything we needed. Staff at the property office were excellent, we had good communication with them and we arrived 3 hours before our check in time so they allowed us to leave our baggage with them so we could go out and explore.
  : It s not really a complaint, but would have liked a second set of keys. We were with our kids age 18 & 21 so it would have been good if they could have had their own set. Having said that, we didn't actually ask if we could have another set, so it might well have been possible.

  : The apartment resembled absolutely none of the photos advertised. From opening the main entrance door there was a stench of foist that followed us into the apartment. The whole place was shabby, tired and needed a facelift. The worst room by far was the bathroom which was tiny and stank. There was no ventilation and it was a disturbing experience every time it needed to be used(actually continually wretching, we ended up brushing our teeth in kitchen sink). The toilet water would splash all over when flushed making it very unhygenic. Nothing was open plan as the photos suggest and the bedrooms and kitchen were all quite small. We had a busy weekend planned and did not have time to complain so just reluctantly got on with our stay. It was a relief leaving in the morning. Reading other reviews, it seems we're not the only ones to have had a bad experience and feel we were sold a much lower standard of property than what was advertised. Booking.com should consider removing this from their site. We have complained, but to no avail so far.
