  : The location was great. It had a large family room to gather in. It had a kitchen and fans.
  : It smelled musty. The second bathroom shower was so tiny you couldnt even bend over in it. The larger bathroom was very outdated and had a sheet for a shower curtain with a broken shower rod. One toilet you had to pour water into to get it to flush. The description said it had an outdoor space. Nope, no outdoor space. Building very old and run down. Host provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 of us for 10 days and wouldnt get more. Bath towels were cheap quality and only one per person for 10 days. The entry way plants were all dead.

  : Very spacious, especially for London, and with a well-appointed kitchen. Easy access to Green Park tube stop. Two keys were made available, which made things easier for me and my co-worker. Three bathrooms, one with a bidet.
  : No information or instructions were given for check-in ahead of time, which led me to suppose that there would be some kind of reception desk. This was my mistake, but when I called the host to inquire upon arrival, he was incredibly rude, really downright insulting. For a flat with detailed arrival instructions, those should be sent to guests ahead of time. Moreover, although spacious, the flat is definitely showing its age. One bed was comfortable, but the other was not.

  : location is good. facility in kitchen is good. living room ambience is good.
  : bathrooms / AC they need to repair. windows etc they need to repair. reception area needs to properly cleaned / maintained & staffed. property in prime location needs a better uplifted welcoming reception.
