  : Hotel was easy to find and reach by public transport. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was comfy and clean, exceeding my expectations.
  : Breakfast was perhaps a little bit basic with a selection of continental and traditional English breakfast items, but the staff were lovely.

  : The staff were polite.
  : The location is not remotely ideal for visiting Central London, despite me calling before I booked and was told it was perfect. We had approx an hour before we got to London on either bus tube or train. The area was not very nice.

  : spacious room, plenty of space, the tv...offered a "free trial breakfast"...i like exploring london, and the host offered the ways to get from a-b..crystal palace park is well worth a visit....i made my own fun - but, one mile the wrong way is two miles back...had a fridge, handy! plenty of toiletries - and it looked like somewhere i had been before...knowledgeable staff - which bus to where etc...if only they had told me that if u turn left....brixton was amazing though...diverse and multicultarist...i liked the tesco extra, "mount nod road"...and the wimpey!
  : moritified at the split in the duvet...hair on the toilet seat..i got totally miffed (seemingly block-booked), instead of using their phones, it was a case of penny all through the night....well, having been offerered the "free breakfast"...i decided to not take up the offer, because it was already listed as "free breakfast"...well, would i have paid the extra? no...
