  : The location is a 10, so I guess that is supposed to make up for all the things that are not great about this place. It was also very clean.
  : I don't usually write reviews with details but I don't want someone else to book this place without being aware of some things we just experienced. Something not very well mentioned is that this flat is on the 3rd floor. It's 2 levels above a restaurant and has A LOT of small winding stairs not easy for taking luggage up. The beds are horrible, the bed in the bedroom must be very old as you can feel the springs and lost its structure, as for the sofa bed, it's like sleeping on top of a rock. I wouldn't recommend this flat for more than 2 people. Sadly, the AC unit in the bedroom is broken(has been like this for a while as I've seen previous reviews that it didn't work!). We arrived on a Friday and I followed all the instructions for who to call/message about the issue. I didn't hear back for more than 24hrs and all they said was to just keep the door open and allow the AC unit from the other room to cool the bedroom-Wow what a genius idea....! Zero help or offer to have anyone come and look at it. The last thing I'll mention is that the bathroom doesn't have a power outlet which made it difficult for us to get ready. It was sad that we ended our big vacation here as all the rest of our accommodations in other countries (Madrid/Rome) were great!

  : the wifi and the AC in the bedroom did not work. Worse, when we brought these problems to the management/owner they failed to address them!also, there is a lot of street noise in the unit. this is a problem at night, especially in the early morning hours. additionally, there is major construction on a large building across the street and we awoke to jack hammering several mornings finally, the stair case is narrow, steep and long. 47 steps to 2nd floor unit, with 3 tight turns. difficult with luggage and not suitable for elderly.
  : it was apparent based upon how management/owner told us to fix bedroom AC that it was a long-standing problem. the fox reset the AC, but it only ran for one cycle and then broke again. the fix was not simple so it didnt really work!
