  : We loved the location, close to multiple Underground stations and easy access to dining and theaters.
  : the stairs leading up to the second floor are very narrow, it was really hard hauling up 4 heavy suitcases. the first night was rough, they had removed the AC remote and the room was hot, we had to leave the window open but that super noisy. we tried reaching out to the after hours number, no one picked up. booking.com CS was no help either. we stayed for 5 nights, but got only 2 spare towels ( one small and one large)the bathroom was really smallfinally, Booking.com shows this as a suite but its a tiny studio. we had wanted an apartment where we could work out of, and this was definitely not for 2 people to work from.

  : The location was bob on, It was clean, very comfortable and everything we wanted for our stay.
  : Not much to be honest...the only thing which would have been nice would be a few tiny cartons of milk to get us started but that's just being picky.

  : Great location
  : The room was dirty (used glasses, dirt on nightstand). When this was addressed I was first ignored, then when I finally got a reply from the rude customer service, I was told I should just book a different hotel if I didnt like it, and that it wasnt urgent to them so they only cleaned it on my fourth day there. Brown sticky dirt next to where people sleep and used glasses however do seem urgent and shouldve been fixed immediately since were in a global pandemic. They were very passive agressive and dismissive.

  : The location, the AC, the simplicity and how clean it was
  : The doors were very loud, you could hear the neighbors opening and closing. the big window had no blinds and was very light.

  : Great location, spotless and spacious. Also had all of the facilities needed. Definitely would recommend and use for our next stay in london.
  : We stayed for five days, we only had one large towel and small towel each. It says there would be a cleaner coming in to clean and give us new towels however there wasnt. This is the only minor however we really cant complain the stay was pleasant.

  : Location was awesome. Cannot do better. Everything is near. Shop, station, everything. If you visiting London for a week or two, you cannot have a better spot.
  : Not much to be honest considering I was focusing on the location but would be perfect if few holders were added in the shower (shampoo and toothbrush for e.g.) and also a coat holder in the living space.
